SS Food – Cancellation Policy

At SS Food, we work to ensure a smooth ordering experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel an order only before the restaurant starts preparing the food.

Cancellation is not allowed once:

• The order is accepted by the restaurant

• Food preparation has started

• The delivery partner is already assigned or picked up the order

In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

2. Cancellation Charges

• If cancellation is done before preparation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If the restaurant has already started preparing, the full order amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation by SS Food

Your order may be cancelled by SS Food due to:

• Restaurant unavailability

• Item out of stock

• Delivery partner not available

• Incorrect or suspicious payment

• Technical issues

In such situations:

• You will be notified immediately

• A full refund will be issued (if payment was already made)

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If eligible:

• Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days

• Refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the order

5. Special Cases

Cancellation will not be accepted if:

• Wrong delivery address entered

• Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

• High-value COD orders seem suspicious

Customers can cancel orders through:
