SS Food – Refund Policy

At SS Food, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying food delivery experience. In case of issues with your order, our refund policy ensures fair and quick resolution.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

• Wrong order delivered

• Missing items

• Completely damaged or spilled food

• Order not delivered

• Payment deducted but order not confirmed

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You change your mind after the order is prepared

• Incorrect delivery address was provided

• You were unavailable to receive the order

• Delay caused by weather or traffic conditions

3. Refund Request Time

Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of order delivery or non-delivery.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

• Refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the order.
